What are the eco-cottages like? How would you describe them?Expect comfort and simplicity from our solar-powered, wooden eco-cottages. The cottages are clean and simply furnished with double to queen size beds, small tables, indoor and outdoor chairs, and books. With the exception of the purple Cottage by the River, our cottages are designed with the kitchens on separate floors than the bedrooms. Our eco-duplex is outfitted with modern showers, fridges, stoves, ceiling fans, and kitchen essentials so that you can comfortably cook. All windows are meshed but insects and lizards do sometimes join in on short-term rentals; mosquito nets are available. A shared outdoor washing tub and line are also available. Hot water, parking, access to the Great River and nature trails... what more do you need. Luxury views and atmosphere guaranteed plus the quirky bonus of sometimes noisy farm animals (cue the guinea fowl chorus) to really turn up the charm of an experience at Animal Farm & Nature Reserve.
